Powerstretch Dogdamper90cm stretches to Inside the tube of webbing is a double row of powerful marine grade shockcord which will absorb sudden pulls and retract back again instantly.
The lead is 70cm in length from clip to base of the loop handle. The lead will stretch to a full extension of 120cm in length. Other lengths are now available: 90cm,. 110cm, & 200cm 70cm stretches to 120cm 90cm stretches to 150cm 110cm stretches to 180cm 200cm stretches to 320cm The elastic is strong enough to absorb most of the initial shock load of a sudden pull allowing you extra time to react and maintain your balance.

The lead is made in the UK with high strength tensile tubular polyester webbing and sewn with a heavy duty bar tacker with high strength polyester thread. The Dogdamper lead has a working load in excess of 200Kg.
The metal swivel spring clip is made of marine grade stainless steel offering a robust reliable spring mechanism.
The webbing (made in the UK) loop handle is made of a soft weave high quality polyester tube for good hand comfort.
The Hi Visibility orange webbing helps to be seen in low light conditions and helps to find the lead in dark cupboards.

Whetman Equipment specialise in making high quality water rescue equipment and noticed many of our customers have dogs. After Joe Biden was pulled off his feet by his own dog and broke his leg a week later the same accident occurred to a friend of ours. We then decided to make some shock absorbing dog leads using our knowledge & expertise with webbing.
